Renee has more than 13 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry. She has worked for several top name real estate management companies in Dallas, including CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services, Insignia/ESG (prior to being purchased by CB Richard Ellis), Transwestern Commercial Real Estate Services, and Grubb & Ellis.
Education: Renee graduated cum laude with a BBA from The University of Texas at Dallas.

As Operating Engineer for PegasusAblon, Grant is responsible for all aspects of building operations and maintenance at the 100,000 square foot 3535 Travis office building and the 700,000 square foot mixed use Dallas Design District portfolio. Prior to joining PegasusAblon, Grant worked as a certified heating, ventilation and air conditioning service technician for Metro Mechanical Company in Dallas. His specialized skills include development and accomplishment of preventive maintenance programs, installation, troubleshooting and repair of all HVAC systems in commercial real estate assets. Before entering the real estate field, Grant served as Operations Manager at Pursuit Safety, Inc.
Denise manages tenant and vendor relations for the Dallas Design District properties. She facilitates the processing of work order requests and tenant certificates of insurance and assists with various special projects, including accounts payable and day-to-day office duties.
