He oversees a diversified portfolio of office and retail properties including a 24-property mixed-use portfolio in the Dallas Design District. He also serves as Executive Director of the Oak Lawn-Hi Line Public Improvement District on behalf of the City of Dallas.

Chris has been active in the construction industry for more than 30 years and has built numerous projects for various uses, including office, retail, distribution/manufacturing and residential multifamily. Chris has overseen the construction of several thousand residential units.

Renee handles all monthly accounting duties for the Dallas Design District properties. She posts receipts, prepares monthly reports, and fosters relationships with the tenants and third-party ownerships.
Renee has more than 13 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry. She has worked for several top name real estate management companies in Dallas, including CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services, Insignia/ESG (prior to being purchased by CB Richard Ellis), Transwestern Commercial Real Estate Services, and Grubb & Ellis.
Education: Renee graduated cum laude with a BBA from The University of Texas at Dallas.
