The Ablon at Frisco Bridges is scheduled to break ground in November 2011. It will be a Class A multifamily apartment community in the City of Frisco, Texas. Developed on 3.34 acres of land, it will feature approximately 250 for rent apartment units surrounding a built structured parking garage (“Wrap configuration”). It is scheduled for an opening date between Winter 2012 and Spring 2013.
The development is located at the northeast corner of the North Dallas Tollway and State Highway 121, between Gaylord Parkway and Warren Parkway in Frisco, Texas.
