Andrew Bode, Asset Manager

As Asset Manager for PegasusAblon, Andrew is responsible for seeking and underwriting new acquisition opportunities. Additionally, Andrew is in charge of asset management and marketing for the Design District portfolio. Drawing on his broad experience with several entrepreneurial ventures, he has helped pioneer several of PegasusAblon’s innovative approaches to investing in and managing commercial real estate.

Prior to joining PegasusAblon, Andrew spent seven years working on various entrepreneurial ventures, serving in management, marketing, and founder roles. Andrew also was actively engaged in capital fundraising and investor relations.

Most recently Andrew served as Director of Marketing for Mobile Evolution, a financial application company. He helped successfully launch three companies, aiding in the conceptualization, business planning, financial modeling and corporate formation of each.

Education: Andrew holds a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
