Charlyne Keith, Real Estate Manager

Charlyne is a key member of the team charged with conducting property management activities for a multi-building portfolio in the Dallas Design District. She is directly responsible for ensuring the highest levels of tenant satisfaction by responding to tenant concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Charlyne prepares annual budgets, monthly financials and other reports as required by clients. She creates the scope of work for all outside service contractors, assures expenses are controlled in line with objectives and regularly inspects the properties ensuring adherence to standards.

Prior to joining the PegasusAblon team, Charlyne was Assistant Property Manager with HPI Real Estate Management in Austin where she managed a diverse portfolio of suburban office and industrial properties.

Prior to starting her career in the real estate sector, Charlyne served in the United States Navy. She was in the Aviation Maintenance Administration field supporting Strike Fighter Squadron 106 aboard the aircraft carrier USS George Washington.
