Denise Villalobos, Assistant Real Estate Manager

Denise manages tenant and vendor relations for the Dallas Design District properties. She facilitates the processing of work order requests and tenant certificates of insurance and assists with various special projects, including accounts payable and day-to-day office duties.

Denise has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and has worked in the Design District for four years. She was previously Real Estate Services Coordinator in the Design District for CB Richard Ellis.

Prior to CBRE, Denise worked for Trammell Crow Company for 10 years serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Harwood Center and St. Paul Place in Downtown Dallas.
