James A. Peck, General Manager

Jim Peck, BOMA Fellow, RPA, FMA, is the General Manager for PegasusAblon and the office portfolio at Douglas Center in Dallas, Texas.

In this position, Jim is responsible for property operations, management and maintenance oversight, strategic planning, and construction management at Douglas Center, a four building 567,600 square foot project located in the Preston Center market in North Dallas.

Jim has been in the commercial real estate field for over 30 years. He has held positions in corporate real estate, building management, leasing, and construction in California, Texas, Tennessee, and New Mexico, and he has managed office, retail, R&D and industrial properties. Prior to joining PegasusAblon, Jim was the Director of Property Management at Gemini Rosemont in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

He received the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation in 1994 and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation in 1998 from the BOMI Institute and is a Certified Instructor through the Institute.

Jim has been a member of BOMA (the Building Owners and Managers Association) since 1986 and has been a member of BOMA/New Mexico since 1992.

Jim has served on several BOMA International Committees since 1996. In June of 2009, he was elected as Chairman of BOMA International. In June of 2013 Jim was named a BOMA International Fellow.
