Michael Woodlee, Senior Vice President

Michael is responsible for strategic planning, financial control and all aspects of property management and leasing at PegasusAblon. He oversees a diversified portfolio of office and retail properties including a 24-property mixed-use portfolio in the Dallas Design District. He also serves as Executive Director of the Oak Lawn-Hi Line Public Improvement District on behalf of the City of Dallas.
Michael has participated in managing, marketing, leasing and repositioning of more than 12,000,000 square feet of real estate in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Chicago, Phoenix and St. Louis. He has served a variety of clients including American National Insurance, BentleyForbes, The Carlyle Group, CB Richard Ellis Investors, Digital Realty Trust, GE Capital, GI Partners, JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management, Red Sea Group, Teachers Retirement System of Texas, Travelers Insurance and Westmount Realty Capital.
Prior to joining PegasusAblon, Michael served as Vice President of Operations for CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services where his responsibilities included management practices, communications, marketing programs, internal administration, staff development and recruiting. He began his real estate career with the Dallas office of Jones Lang LaSalle as a General Manager overseeing a 1.2 million square foot Class A office building portfolio. Prior to his career in the commercial real estate industry, Michael served as an officer in the United States Air Force, specializing in Aerospace Operations, Air Traffic Control, Space Launch and Airport Management.
Education: Michael graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a BA in Management and earned his graduate degree in Aeronautical Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Memberships and Civic Involvement: Michael is a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) where he previously served as the Chairman, Legislative Affairs Committee and a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Michael is licensed as a Texas Real Estate Salesperson.
