Mike Butts, Chief Engineer

As Chief Engineer, Mike is responsible for the operation and maintenance of One Preston Centre, ensuring the comfort, convenience and safety of the tenants.

Mike has over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining PegasusAblon, Mike worked for Grubb & Ellis for six years as a Building Engineer, managing six different properties in Dallas, Addison, Richardson and Irving.

Previously, Mike spent 15 years with Westwood Property Management, serving as building engineer for Pacific Place, 20-story office building in downtown Dallas.

Mike began his career in real estate with Prentiss Properties, serving as a building engineer at 1700 Pacific in downtown Dallas. Prior to his career in real estate, Mike served in the U.S. Navy as a Machinist Mate aboard the USS York Town.
