Ruth Woodling, Leasing Director

Ruth is responsible for the marketing and leasing of approximately one million square feet of showroom space in the Dallas Design District. With more than four years in the real estate industry, Ruth has gained experience in both investment sales and leasing.

Ruth previously worked with the CB Richard Ellis project leasing team, responsible for marketing and leasing more than two million square feet in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. She also served as a Financial Analyst for the Investment Properties/Institutional Group of CB Richard Ellis, specializing in industrial institutional investment property sales.

Ruth started her career in the Capital Markets division of Trammell Crow, focusing on transaction management, including the request for proposal, coordination of closing and due diligence processes, investment underwriting and client/buyer communication.

Education: Ruth holds a BA from Elon University.

Memberships and Civic Involvement: Ruth serves as Vice President of Design Centers International (DCI) and is a board member for NAIOP’s Developing Leaders group.
