Susan Chism, Real Estate Manager

Susan serves as Real Estate Manager for One Preston Centre and 3535 Travis, assisting with the operations and management of both properties. Susan is also a reservist in the United States Navy and prior to joining PegasusAblon she served a year on active duty as a Customs Borders Clearing Agent in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Susan began her career in commercial real estate in 2005 working as an administrative assistant for Grubb & Ellis Management Services. Before that, Susan served as an accounting assistant for Ericsson Telecom.

Education: Susan graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Business Administration from Strayer University and is currently in the process of completing her MBA with a focus on Contract and Acquisition Management.

Memberships and Civic Involvement: Susan is an active member of the Dallas Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Town of Little Elm Charter Review Committee, Villages of Woodlake Homeowners Association as well as being a current member of the United States Naval Reserve.
