Lionstone Group and PegasusAblon Announce New Name for Dallas’ Lincoln Plaza

September 13th, 2013 by Jennifer Smart

The Lionstone Group and PegasusAblon have announced a major repositioning of Dallas’ Lincoln Plaza.

Starting today the building will be renamed Ross Tower to more accurately reflects its prime downtown location at the corner of Ross Avenue and Akard, just steps away from the Dallas Arts District and recently completed Klyde Warren Park.

Ownership has dramatically improved the tenant experience at the building over the last five years, investing $25 million in a comprehensive lobby renovation, the addition of a Starbucks, 45 Oaks Café and additional tenant parking at 411 North Akard.

With the addition of the garage at 411 N. Akard, Ross Tower now has a 3/1,000 suburban parking ratio, something no other Ross Avenue building can match.

In October of 2012 the Lionstone Group was selected as investment advisor for Ross Tower on behalf of the building’s state pension fund owner. The Lionstone Group tapped PegasusAblon to handle asset management and leasing and Transwestern Property Company to provide property management services for Ross Tower and the newly acquired 411 N. Akard building.
