Jeff Carter, Senior Vice President – Asset Management

Jeff Carter serves as PegasusAblon’s Senior Vice President of Asset Management. In this role he is responsible for the asset management of all PegasusAblon office and retail investments totaling over 3.1 million square feet.

Prior to joining PA, Mr. Carter served as a senior vice president at Behringer for over ten years. He led the due diligence and closing activities aggregating more than $7B across Behringer’s diverse platform. Mr. Carter has broad experience in office, multifamily, hospitality, retail and student housing asset classes including asset management and property management oversight.

Mr. Carter began his career as an auditor and senior accountant with Price Waterhouse serving multiple real estate and financial services clients. He also spent 15 years with Trammell Crow Company in a variety of property management and accounting-related leadership roles. He played key roles in multiple property acquisitions, dispositions and new developments along with property operating budget model and reporting development initiatives.

Jeff Carter has served on several non-profit board of directors including Baylor Specialty Health Center and Our Children’s House (part of the Baylor Healthcare System), Children’s Cancer Fund and is currently a director for REAL School Gardens.

Education: Mr. Carter holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Indiana University.
